Revolutionary Greetings,

On behalf of of the People’s Defense Committee, we extend our firmest anti-imperialist greetings to you comrades at the Founding Congress of the Anti-Imperialist Front. You are taking up an important task today, uniting comrades from far and wide under an anti-imperialist banner.

We find much in common with you comrades. Our organization is an anti-imperialist organization whichupholds the necessity of linking the struggle for daily demands with the struggle for power, mainly through mobilizing the masses for anti-imperialist struggles. U.S. Imperialism is the number one enemy of the people ofthe world today, yet we resolutely uphold that it can be overthrown through Socialist Revolution. The unity of anti-imperialists in the U.S. is a major part of this process, and without such unity Revolution will not succeed.

As anti-imperialists, we recognize that imperialism is in crisis, only degenerating further day by day. We can see this in the emergence of new regional conflicts alongside wars of resistance against imperialism. We can see this in the struggle of Iran against the U.S., and especially Palestine against Israel—the U.S.’s proxy in the Middle East. These wars provide important lessons for anti-imperialists to study, learning how to fight imperialism and to wield anti-imperialist war as a part of socialist revolution.

We salute your combative work among the class and hope that your Congress leads us one step closer to the unity of the revolutionary movement in the United States.
